Robert brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in the roofing industry, learning the trade from the ground up. From working directly on roofs to overseeing full project completion, he understands every layer of the process and what it takes to get the job done right.
In addition to his roofing background, Robert spent 14 years as a licensed real estate broker, giving him a unique perspective when it comes to property value, inspections, and transaction timelines. He understands what buyers, sellers, and agents need to keep deals moving forward, making him a valuable resource for both homeowners and real estate professionals.
As a co-owner of Safe Haven Roofing, Robert is committed to providing a straightforward, no-pressure experience built on clear communication and quality workmanship. His goal is simple—to help customers make informed decisions and feel confident in the protection of their home or investment.
Brittaney Wilbanks
Office Manager
Brittaney brings a strong foundation in business operations to Safe Haven Roofing, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and overseeing the day-to-day processes that keep projects running smoothly. From client communication to scheduling and coordination, she plays a key role in ensuring every customer experience is organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
While much of her work is behind the scenes, Brittaney understands the field side of the business and isn’t afraid to step in wherever needed. Her ability to combine structure with hands-on involvement helps bridge the gap between the office and the job site, creating a more seamless experience for every customer.
